Certificate Verification and Registration-HNDIT (Full Time) and HND in English (Full Time) 2022-2023

This is to inform you that the certificate verifications for new intake will be held at ATI-Trincomalee according to the following schedule:

HNDIT (Full Time) – 24th August 2023 at 09:00 a.m.

HND in English (Full Time) – 25th August 2023 at 09:00 a.m.

Please bring the following documents for verification.

  1. Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
  2. G.C.E (O/L) Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
  3. G.C.E (A/L) Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
  4. School Leaving Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
  5. National Identity Card (Original & Photocopy)
  6. GS Character Certificate (Original)
  7. Stamp Size Photos (3 copies)
  8. Any other relevant documents (Original and Photocopy)

If you are eligible for the course, you will be requested to register for the course on the same day. Therefore, please bring the following payments also.

  1. Library Deposit Charges – Rs. 500.00
  2. Student ID Fee – Rs. 400.00

NOTE:

Please do wear formal dress when you come to the institute.

If you fail to register on the day, you will not be given another chance.

Emails has already been sent to all. However, if you do not receive the mail, check the following list. If your number is there, you can directly come to the ATI with the documents mentioned above.
