Testing websites, checking grammar, consistency, content issues. Testing EPOS systems and verifying consistency and validity of data. Reporting to development teams about issues found and feeding into process improvement initiatives. Liaising with the technology manager to improve workflows and processes. Feeding into basic cybersecurity discussions and advising development teams on vulnerabilities to the website and system.
